PRAYER: Civil Revision Petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, to direct the learned Judicial Magistrate, Paramakudi to dispose the petition in D.V.O.P.No.1 of 2021, within the time period that may be fixed by this Court. For Petitioner :M/s.Niranjan S.Kumar
ORDER
This Civil Revision Petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking speedy disposal in the petition in D.V.O.P.No.1 of 2021 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Paramakudi, within a time frame that may be fixed by this Court.
2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the revision petitioner. Perused the material documents available on record. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the revision petitioner submitted that the 1st respondent is prolonging the trial without attaining its finality by filing one petition after another and hence, seeks speedy disposal of the petition in D.V.O.P.No.1 of 2021.
4.Considering the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner and also considering the facts of the case, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of with direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate, Paramakudi, to dispose the D.V.O.P.No.1 of 2021, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of copy of the order. No Costs.
