Challenging the charge memo issued as against this petitioner, she has filed this writ petition in the year 2024. 2.When this writ petition is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel on either side submit that the enquiry itself has been concluded and punishment of dismissal from service was imposed on the petitioner on 03.12.2024. It is also reported that challenging the order of dismissal, the petitioner has filed another writ petition in WP(MD) No.17302 of 2025 and the same is still pending.
