This criminal original petition has been filed to direct the first respondent to give necessary instruction to the second respondent to give necessary protection to the petitioner by considering his representation dated 05.10.2015. 2.The petitioner seeks police protection to her life and limb through a representation dated 05.10.2015. Now, 3 years have been lapsed and hence, due to the lapse of period, the prayer sought for by the petitioner cannot be granted now.

3.In view of the same, this criminal original petition is dismissed.
