Respondents Prayer :- Civil Revision Petition filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, to direct the Additional District Munsif of Madurai Town to dispose of the Execution Petition in E.P.No.165 of 1991 in O.S.No.995 of 1990 on the file of the Additional District Munsif Court, Madurai Town within a time frame as be fixed by this Court.

ORDER:- This Revision Petition coming on for orders on this day under the caption 1/3

"for extension of time" and upon perusing the earlier Order of this Court in C.R.P. (MD). No.776 of 2019, dated 03/06/2019 and subsequent order dated 10.02.2022, 28.11.2022 and 13.04.2023 and requisition letter submitted by the Principal District Munsif, Madurai Town vide letter in D.No.637/2023, dated 01.09.2023, this Court made the following order:

"This petition has been listed today under the caption 'for extension of time' to dispose of the case in E.P.No.165 of 1991 in O.S.No.995 of 1990. 2.The learned Principal District Munsif, sent a letter dated 01.09.2023, requesting extension of further time of two months to dispose of E.P.No.165 of 1991 in O.S.No.995 of 1990, pursuant to the order of this Court dated 28.11.2022. 3.Being satisfied with the reasons assigned by the learned Judge, this Court is inclined to grant further time to dispose of the above case. Accordingly, two months time is extended for disposing the case in E.P.No.165 of 1991 in O.S.No.995 of 1990 from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
