ORDER

This Civil Revision is filed by the petitioner / plaintiff against the order dated 23.03.2021 passed in I.A.No.30A of 2020 in O.S.No.9 of 2018, by the District Munsif, Pattukottai.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. No adverse order passed against the respondents and hence, notice is not necessary.

3. The revision petitioner filed the said I.A.No.30A of 2020 to re issue the commission warrant. As per the Commission report, 20 cents of land not in the suit property in S.No.316/1. Already, the suit property in S.No.316/1 sub divided into some other Survey Number. So, the petitioner / plaintiff has to amend the plaint with the present sub division number. Then only Commissioner can inspect and measure the property.

4. Now, as per the Commission report the suit property as mentioned in the plaint is not in the field. So, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of with a direction that after amendment if necessary the revision petitioner / plaintiff can file a commission petition before the trial Court. No costs.
