(MD)No.15399 of 2022 dated 12.12.2022 in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.19225 of 2022 dated on 31.10.2022 in crime no.421 of 2022 pending on the file of the respondent police.

Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.SIVA ILAYARAJA.S, Advocate for the petitioner and of M.VEERANTHIRAN, Government Advocate(Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed against the petitioners in Crl.M.P(MD)No.15399 of 2022 in Crl.O.P. (MD)No.19225 of 2022 dated 12.12.2022.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioners is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police on the 1st Saturday of every month at 10.30 a.m until further orders.
