The petitioner has come forward with this application, praying to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to give police protection for life and limbs of the petitioners and his family members as well as the petitioner's property to measure the four boundaries based on the complaint made by the petitioner before the respondents 1 and 2 on 27.10.2015.

2. I have heard the counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials available on record.

3. The relief sought for by the petitioner to survey the land is not maintainable, as the petition petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C., and hence, the same is dismissed.
