Prayer: Criminal Original Petitions are filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure praying to modify the order in Crl.M.P.Nos.8621 and 8642 of 2014 dated 28.11.2014 and 21.11.2014 respectively on the file of the Principal Sessions Judge, Madurai for appearance of the petitioners as to before the Judicial Magistrate -VI, Madurai instead of Inspector of Police, Keerathurai Police Station daily at 10.00 am until further orders.

For Petitioners : Mr. R. Venkatesan in both Crl.O.Ps.

For Respondents : Mr. K.V. Rajarajan Government Advocate (Crl. Side) both Crl.O.Ps.

C O M M O N O R D E R The petitioners have been complying with the conditions imposed by the Trial Court from 07.01.2015 onwards. In the circumstances, the Criminal Original Petitions shall stand allowed.
