ORDER

The present Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the second respondent to make name transfer Patta in the name of the Petitioner from his father's name Arumugaperumal pertaining to house property Door No.66/6, located in Survey No. 1702/7, Chatrapatti, Melarajakularaman Village, Rajapalayam Taluk, Virudhunagar District.

The contention of the petitioner is that the property bearing Door No. 66/6, located in Survey No. 1702/7, Chatrapatti, Melarajakularaman Village, Rajapalayam Taluk, Virudhunagar District, belonged to the petitioner's father. After the demise of the petitioner's father, the petitioner is entitled to inherit the property. The petitioner is having siblings. However, the siblings presently alive are two daughters. According to the petitioner, the shares of the daughters have already been settled. The petitioner is in possession and enjoyment of the said property at present. Therefore, he is seeking patta in his name as a legal heir.

3. In view of the above, this Court is directing the petitioner to submit an online application along with the relevant documents within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On such submission, the 2/4

respondents shall consider the same within a period of eight weeks there from after issuing notice to the rival claimants.
