RESPONDENT/RESPPONDENT/ RESPPONDENT IN CRL.MP(MD)No.2650/2016 IN CRL OP(MD) No.113/2016 Prayer in CRL MP(MD). 2649/2016 IN CRL OP(MD) No.116/2016: Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed in Crl.M.P.(MD) No. 1240 of 2016 in Crl.O.P. (MD) No. 116 of 2016 dated 11.02.2016 on the file of this Honourable Court and thus render justice.

Order : These petitions coming on for orders upon perusing the petitions filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S M.JEGADEESH PANDIAN, Advocate for the petitioner in both the petitions and of MR.K.V.RAJARAJAN, Advocate on behalf of the Respondent in both the petitions the court made the following order:- The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that the petitioners are complying with the condition regularly from 12.02.2016 without fail.

2. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioners is modified to the effect that the petitioners are directed to appear before the concerned Judicial Magistrate on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
