The petitioner seeks to quash the proceedings in M.C.No.14 of 2014 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.IV, Tirunelveli.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. After arguing for some time, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that it would suffice, if the personal appearance of the petitioner before the trial Court is dispensed with. 4.In view of the same, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. Consequently, connected M.P.(MD) Nos.1 & 2 of 2014 are also closed. However, all the issues are left open to be raised before the Court below. Considering the submission made, personal appearance of the petitioner before the Court below is dispensed with until and unless the same is required. Learned Judicial Magistrate No.IV, Tirunelveli is directed to dispose of M.C.No.14 of 2014 within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
