2.The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

3.In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this criminal original petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.

4.However, considering the nature of the case, the learned Judicial Magistrate, Sankarankovil is directed to complete the trial in C.C.No.380 of 2014 and dispose of the same within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
