This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for the records pertaining to M.C.No.31 of 2013 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Karaikudi and quash the same. 2.When the matter was posted for admission on 22.12.2014, there was no representation for the petitioner and the matter was posted after vacation. Thereafter, the matter is pending for the past 4 years without even ordering notice or admitting by this Court.

3.It seems that the petitioner has no interest to proceed with the matter, further. More over, the case is of the year 2014. Therefore, this Court is of the view that the pendency of this criminal original petition would not serve for any purpose. 4.In view of the above, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are also dismissed.
