Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a WRIT OF MANDAMUS direct the respondents to disburse petitioners retirement benefit of the difference arrears amount of Gratuity for Rs.27,631/- and leave salary for Rs.41,695/- in variable Dearness Allowance and in Total Amount is as Rs.69,326/- gogether with interest at the rate of 6 percentage per annum payable as per court direction in one Instalment to the petitioner within a stipulated time frame as fixed by this Honble Court from the date of retirement to till the date of actual payment and pass such further or other orders as this Honble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case and thus render justice.

O R D E R
This Court, in W.P.(MD) No.15766 of 2021, passed an order on 03.09.2021 directing the respondents to consider the representation submitted by the writ petitioner on 23.08.2021 on merits and pass orders within a period of 12 weeks. Accordingly, the Assistant Manager, Tamil Nadu State Transport Corporation (Mdu) Ltd., Virudhunagar Zone passed an order on 12.10.2021 stating that the amount due to the petitioner was calculated and it will be paid accordingly.
2. In view of the fact that the order dated 03.09.2021 passed by this Court has been complied with, no further adjudication is required in this Contempt Petition and accordingly, the Contempt Petition stands closed.
