O R D E R

The petitioner has come forward with this application, praying to withdraw the case in Crime No.271 of 2015, on the file of the 2nd respondent and entrust the same to the 3rd respondent or any other competent officer for fair and free investigation of the case and file a final report before the Jurisdictional Magistrate. 2.Heard the counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials available on record.

3. Mr.A.P.Balasubramani, Government Advocate (crl.side) appearing for the respondents, on instructions, would submit that though initially a case in Crime No.271 of 2015 on the file of the 2nd respondent has been registered for the offences under Sections 288 and 337 of IPC., it was altered into 304(A) of IPC. Deputy Superintendent of Police, Thirumangalam Taluk Police Station, Madurai, monitoring the investigation and the final report will be filed within a period of six months.

4. Recording the submission made by the Government Advocate (crl.side), this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with a direction to the 2nd respondent to file a report before the Jurisdictional Court, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
