This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to transfer the investigation of the Cr.No.430 of 2014 on the file of the 2nd respondent police to some other investigating agency. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the investigation in crime No.430 of 2014 on the file of the 2nd respondent has been completed and the complaint has been closed on 27.11.2014 as 'Mistake of Fact'.

3.Recording the said submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this petition is dismissed as infructuous. However, the petitioner is at liberty to file a private complaint before the appropriate Court.
