ORDER

The petitioner has come forward with this petition, praying to direct the respondent police to investigate and file positive final report in Cr.No.85 of 2015 pending on the file of the respondent police within the time stipulated by this Court.

2.I have heard the counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials available on record.

3.The Government Advocate (Crl. Side), on instructions, would submit that final report will be filed within a period of four months. 4.In view of the above submission made by the Government Advocate (Crl.Side), I am inclined to direct the respondent to investigate the matter and to file the final report as expeditiously as possible, preferably, within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
