This Criminal Original petition is filed to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.280 of 2011 on the file of the District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate No.I, Usilampatti. 2.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) would submit that the trial has been over and all the accused persons were acquitted.

3.Recording the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side), since the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous, this petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
