Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner's daughter has joined the petitioner/mother and therefore, nothing survives for adjudication in this Habeas Corpus Petition. Hence, the learned counsel seeks the permission of this Court to withdraw this Habeas Corpus Petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

2. Permission is granted and accordingly, the Habeas Corpus Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
