ORDER

The petitioner has come forward with this petition, praying to direct the Assistant Sessions Judge, Kuzhithurai, Kanyakumari District to expedite the hearing of Crl.M.P.No.316 of 2005 in S.C.No.113 of 2005 and to dispose of the same within a reasonable time.

2. I have heard the counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials available on record.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the fact that the petition is pending from the year 2005, this Court directs the Assistant Sessions Judge, Kuzhithurai, Kanyakumari District to expedite the hearing of the petition in Crl.M.P.No.316 of 2005 in S.C.No.113 of 2005 and proceed with the matter on day-to-day basis and the matter shall not be adjourned beyond two working days, at any point of time, and take a decision as expeditiously as possible.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
