ORDER
This writ petition has been filed for a Mandamus seeking for a direction to the third and fourth respondents to survey the land in Sub-division Survey Nos.179/4, 179/5A, 179/5B and 179/8A situated at Kannanoor Village, Thuraiyur Taluk, Tiruchirappalli District, based on the petitioner's application dated 06.08.2021, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

2.The petitioner claims that he is the absolute owner of the aforementioned property. He has given a representation on 06.08.2021, to the third and fourth respondents, requesting them to survey the aforementioned property and demarcate the boundaries. Since the representation has not been considered till date, this writ petition has been filed.
3.Heard Mr.N.Padmaboopathi, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.B.Saravanan, learned Additional Government Pleader, who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents. 4.No prejudice will be caused to the respondents if the survey and demarcation of boundaries for the petitioner's property is done, after giving notice to the petitioner as well as any other rival claimant, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. 5.Accordingly, this Court directs the third and fourth respondents to survey and demarcate the boundaries in respect of the land situated in Sub-division Survey Nos.179/4, 179/5A, 179/5B and 179/8A situated at Kannanoor Village, Thuraiyur Taluk, Tiruchirappalli District, after giving notice to the petitioner and any other rival claimant, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
6.With the aforesaid directions, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
