No. 125 of 2026 dated 27.01.2026 on the file of the Learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Pudukottai and to modify the condition No.3 in Crl.M.P. No. 125 of 2026 dated 19.01.2026.

For Respondent : Mr.E.Antony Sahaya Prabahar, Additional Public Prosecutor ORDER : The Court made the following order :- This petition has been filed to set aside the order in Crl.M.P. No. 211 of 2026 in Crl.M.P. No. 125 of 2026 dated 27.01.2026 on the file of 1/4

the Principal District and Sessions Judge, Pudukottai and to modify the condition No.3 in Crl.M.P. No. 125 of 2026 dated 19.01.2026.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the first petitioner is willing to abide the 3rd condition before the concerned respondent police and the second petitioner is willing to abide before Inspector of Police, K5 Peravallur Police Station, instead of the petitioners shall appear and sign before the District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Viralimalai and he prays for modification of the condition No.3.

3.Heard the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent.

4. Considering the nature of offence, the condition imposed by Principal District and Sessions Judge, Pudukottai, in Crl.M.P. No. 125 of 2026 dated 19.01.2026, in condition No.3 is modified to the effect that the first petitioner shall appear before the respondent police and the second petitioner shall appear before the Inspector of Police, K5 2/4

Peravallur Police Station, for a period of 15 days and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation.

All other conditions imposed by Principal District and Sessions Judge, Pudukottai, in Crl.M.P. No. 125 of 2026 dated 19.01.2026, shall stand unaltered.

Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is allowed. 10.02.2026 LS TO
