This petition has been filed to direct the the 2nd respondent to give necessary police protection to the life and limb of petitioner and his workers on the basis of his representation dated 27.12.2014.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner who has a valid license for quarrying is facing obstructions and difficulties at the hands of others.

3. Heard the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side.

4. In circumstance, where the petitioner holds licence to quarry, there shall a direction to the respondents to provide police protection to the petitioner, at his cost, on such dates required by him. In any https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ event, the direction shall not be provided beyond a period of two

months, from today. The petitioner may move further petition subsequently.
