O R D E R

This Civil Revision Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the learned Judge, Family Court, Madurai to dispose the O.S.No.13 of 2017 as expeditiously as possible. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the marriage between the petitioner and the respondent was solemnized on 28.02.2016. Due to some misunderstanding, the respondent, wife left her matrimonial life and she did not even inform the birth of the child to the petitioner, husband. In such circumstances, the petitioner has filed a suit in O.S.No.13 of 2017 for dissolution of the marriage. The grievance of the petitioner is that the suit is pending for the last two years and till date the respondent has not filed the written statement. Only with an oblique motive, the respondent drag on the proceedings. Hence, the petitioner has filed the present Civil Revision Petition for early disposal the suit in O.S.No.13 of 2017.

3. Since this Civil Revision Petition is filed for early disposal of the Suit, no notice is necessary to the respondent herein.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the fact that the written statement has not been filed by the respondent for the last two years and the suit is pending from the year 2017, this Court feels that ends of justice would be met by directing the Court below to dispose of the suit within a time frame. Without adverting to the merits of the case, a direction is issued to the learned Judge, Family Court, Madurai to dispose the suit in O.S.No.13 of 2017 on merits and in accordance with law within a period of one year from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
