This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioner to direct the respondent police not to harass the petitioner and his family members on the guise of enquiry.

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the Respondent Nos.1 to 3 would submit that based upon the complaint lodged by the fourth respondent herein, the respondent police conducted enquiry and the same was closed. During enquiry, the petitioner was not harassed by the respondent police. Therefore, he prays to close the present Criminal Original Petition.
