PRAYER :- for bail in Crime No.114 of 2019 on the file of the respondent police.

ORDER : The Court made the following order :- Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent.

2. The petitioners are in custody since 14.12.2019 for the offences punishable under sections 302 and 376 of I.P.C., in Crime No.114 of 2019 on the file of the respondent police. They seek bail.

3. The case of the prosecution is that the victim was subjected to gang rape and done to death in a brutal manner. Investigation is still pending.

4. Considering the gruesome nature of the crime, I am of the view that the petitioners are not entitled to bail. Hence, this criminal original petition stands dismissed.
