PRAYER : Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the second respondent to take necessary action regard to the proceedings pending on his file in O.Mu.No.2549/A1/2022 dated 20.12.2022, within a stipulated time fixed by this Court, which is relating to Sweeper job to the petitioner on temporary basis at the third respondent School.

The petitioner was working as Sweeper on temporary basis from the year 2013. However, she has not attended the duty from August 2022. Thereafter, on 13.02.2023, when the matter came up for hearing, the petitioner has agreed to rejoin the duty for a salary of Rs.3,000/- (Rupees Three Thousand only) per month. Therefore, this Court directed the petitioner to go and report before the respondents. Accordingly, she has joined the duty on 17.02.2023. Hence, no further order is required to be passed in the present writ petition.
