O R D E R

This petition has been filed seeking to direct the 3rd respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 27.12.202.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is the rightful owner of the property located at Natham New Survey No.660/5 (Old Survey No.480/3). However, a section of the property is designated as a pathway by the revenue authorities. Consequently, the petitioner is requesting the issuance of a Patta for the remaining portion of the property, excluding the pathway.

3. Heard the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents.

4. Considering the above facts, this directs the 2nd respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 27.12.2025 and pass appropriate orders, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order.
