ORDER

The Civil Revision Petition is filed against the fair and decreetal order, dated 16.11.2021, passed in I.A. No. 582 of 2021 in O.S.No. 101 of 2018 on the file of the District Munsif Court, Vadipatti, Madurai District.

2. The petitioner is the plaintiff. He filed the suit for injunction against the 2nd respondent. The suit is of the year 2018. After three years of filing the suit, the wife of the 2nd respondent had filed an impleading petition and the said petition was allowed on the ground that the suit property belong to her. Challenging the same, the petitioner is before this Court.

3. Though the petitioner has filed this petition challenging the impleading of the wife of the 2nd respondent, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that it would suffice if a direction is given to the trial Court to dispose of the suit itself at the earliest.

4. In view of the limited relief now sought for by the petitioner, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of by directing the District Munsif Court, Vadipatti, Madurai District to dispose the suit within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 2/4

5. The Civil Revision Petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs. Consequently connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
