ORDER

By consent of both parties, the Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

2. The grievance of the petitioner is that, after having been issued with patta which was substituting his name, on 27.05.2010 without giving any notice to the petitioner, records have been changed reflecting the subject lands as Government Poramboke lands. The petitioner was immediately prompted to prefer an appeal on 06.03.2024 before the first respondent seeking rectification of the error. The writ petition is filed seeking to dispose of the said appeal dated 06.03.2024 on the file of the first respondent.

3. I have heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials placed before this Court.

4. Considering the limited scope of the prayer, I am inclined to dispose of the writ petition with a direction to the first respondent to 2/4
