ORDER

The petitioners approach this Court with a prayer to direct the respondents herein not to harass the petitioners in the guise of enquiry pursuant to the representation, dated 18.12.2014.

2. The grievance expressed by the petitioners is that the two sons of first and second respondent were falsely implicated in Crime No.873 of 2014 and 303 of 2014 registered by the Tirunelveli Town Police Station and Tirunelveli Taluk Police Station respectively and one of the sons namely Arun, has been detained under the Tamil Nadu Act 14 of 1982 and another son namely Ajith @ Ajithkumar, is in incarceration and under the guise of enquiry in connection with the said crime numbers, the petitioners 1 and 2, who are the parents of the above said accused and https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

third petitioner, who is the wife of the detainee namely Arun, are being harassed and therefore, they have come forward to file this petition.

3. Heard the submissions of the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners, who made his submissions based on the petition and typed set of documents.

4. The learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side) on instructions would submit that after arrest and detention of the sons of the petitioners 1 and 2, the petitioners are not at all summoned to the police station and the allegations are nothing but false and concocted.

5. In the light of the submission made by the learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side) that as on today, the petitioners are not being harassed in connection with the registration of the cases against the sons of the petitioners 1 and 2 namely Arjun and Ajith @ Ajithkumar, nothing survives for adjudication in this matter. Therefore, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
