This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the 1st respondent to consider the petitioner's representations, dated 02.12.2014 and to take immediate action against the 3rd respondent. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the complaint given by the petitioner has been registered in crime No.8 of 2015 on the file of the 2nd respondent and the same has been closed as Action Dropped on 14.03.2015.

3.Recording the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), this petition is dismissed as infructuous. However, the petitioner is at liberty to file a private complaint before the appropriate Court.
