The petitioner has come forward with this application, praying to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to provide adequate police protection to the life and limb of the petitioner herein by considering the petitioner's representation dated 20.11.2015.

2. I have heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing on behalf of the respondent police.

3.The Government Advocate (criminal side) would submit that the respondent police would give police protection only to the life and limb of the petitioner.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the submission made by the Government Advocate (criminal side), the respondent police is directed to give police protection only to the life and limb of the petitioner.
