Mr.G.ARAVINTHAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.P.KOTTAICHAMY, Government Advocate(crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- The Petitioners have filed this petition for relaxing the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD) No.19176 of 2023 dated 05.01.2024. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the State submitted that the petitioners are regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD) No.19176 of 2023 dated 05.01.2024. He further submitted that after completion of investigation, a charge sheet has been filed before the lower Court.

4.Considering the above said facts, the condition is relaxed and the petitioners shall appear before the lower Court for each and every hearing. This petition is ordered accordingly.
