This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the proceedings in Cr.No.100 of 2014 on the file of the respondent police.
2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that after registration of FIR, investigation has been conducted and charge sheet has been filed in C.C.No.72 of 2016 before the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Dindigul.
3.Recording the aforesaid submission, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
