Criminal Miscellaneous Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to relax the condition imposed on them by this Honble court vide order in Crl O.P (MD) No. 19210 of 2023 dated 05.01.2024.

To Modify the condition No.2, imposed upon the Petitioners in Crl MP No.5453/2023 dt.11.10.2023 on the file of the Learned Principal Sessions Judge, Kanniyakumari District at Nagercoil.

Order : This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.G.ARAVINTHAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.P.KOTTAICHAMY, Government Advocate(Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent, the Court made the following order:- The Petitioners have filed this petition for relaxing the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD) No.19201 of 2023 for the offences punishable under Sections 109, 147, 447, 427, 294(b) and 506(i) of IPC, in Crime No.94 of 2023 while granting anticipatory bail.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the State submitted that the petitioners are regularly complying with the conditions imposed 2/4

by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD) No.19201 of 2023 dated 05.01.2024 . He further submitted that after completion of investigation, a charge sheet has been filed before the lower Court.

4.Considering the above said facts, the condition is relaxed and the petitioners shall appear before the lower Court for each and every hearing. This petition is ordered accordingly.
