109, 147, 447, 427, 294(b) and 506(i) of IPC, in Crime No.88 of 2023 while granting anticipatory bail.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the State submitted that the petitioner is regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court in 19104 of 2023 dated 05.01.2024. He further submitted that after completion of investigation, a charge sheet has been filed before the lower Court. 4.Considering the above said facts, the condition is relaxed and the petitioner shall appear before the lower Court for each and every hearing. This petition is ordered accordingly.
