This petition has been filed to withdraw H.M.O.P.No.7 of 2024 on the file of the Family Court, Theni and Transfer the same to the Sub Court, Aruppukkottai.

2.The facts in brief:
The marriage was solemnized between the parties on 23.05.2021. Out of the above said wedlock they blessed with a male child. Thereafter due to misunderstanding between the parties, the respondent filed the above said H.M.O.P. proceedings before the Family Court, Theni. Since the petitioner is facing difficulties to travel such long distance to attend every hearing before the Family Court, Theni. Hence, seeking transfer of the same, this petition has been filed. 3.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. Even though the respondent was served with notice, none appears on behalf of him. His name was also printed in the cause list.
4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the convenience of the wife, the H.M.O.P.No.7 of 2024 filed by the respondent on the file of the Family Court, Theni, is ordered to be withdrawn and transferred to the Sub Court, Aruppukottai. 2/4
5.Accordingly, this transfer civil miscellaneous petition is allowed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. 25.03.2024 NCC :
