and the requisition letter submitted by the The Judge,Family Court, Kanyakumari @ Nagercoil vide the letter in D.No.751/2023 dated 18.08.2023,this Court made the following order:
By an order dated 24.02.2023, this Court directed the learned Family Judge, Nagercoil to dispose I.A.No.12 of 2022 on or before 30.04.2023.
2. Thereafter, the learned Family Judge, Nagercoil, vide her letter dated 27.04.2023 has requested for extension of time to dispose the I.A. By an order dated 07.06.2023, the time for disposal of the I.A. was extended by one month. However, the learned Family Judge, Nagercoil has not disposed the same within the time limit.
3. Now, again, the learned Family Judge, Nagercoil vide another letter dated 18.08.2023 bearing reference D.No.751/2023 has asked for extension of time to dispose the I.A. In the said letter dated 18.08.2023, the learned Family Judge, Nagercoil has given explanation for non-disposal of the I.A.
4. Being satisfied with the explanation given by the learned Family Judge, Nagercoil in the letter dated 18.08.2023, the time for disposal of the I.A. is 2/3
