This Contempt Petition has been filed alleging disobedience of the order of this Court dated 19.09.2024, in W.P.(MD) No.22164 of 2024, to dispose of the petitioner's application for including his name in the joint patta.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent would forward patta No.13511, which evidences the compliance of the order of this Court, including the name of the petitioner in serial No.40, of the said patta.
