O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the impugned FIR in Crime No.315 of 2013 on the file of Inspector of Police, Civil Supplies CID, Tuticorin.

2.When the matter was posted for admission on 22.12.2014, at request of the petitioner it was ordered to post after vacation. Thereafter, the matter is pending for the past 4 years without even ordering notice or admitting by this Court.

3.It seems that the petitioner has no interest to proceed with the matter, further. More over, the case is of the year 2014. Therefore, this Court is of the view that the pendency of this criminal original petition would not serve for any purpose. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4.In view of the above, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
