This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for the entire records of the case pending in C.C.No.49/14 pending on the file of the Judicial Magistrate, Uthamapalayam and quash the entire complaint and all its relevant proceedings. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that already in this regard a petition for compromise quash in Crl.O.P. (MD).No.16018 of 2016 was ordered on 20.09.2016. Hence, the prayer sought for in this petition becomes infructuous. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3.Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are also dismissed.
