PRAYER :- To extend the time to surrender and execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- withh two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the Learned Judicial Magistrate, Thuraiyur, Tiruchirappalli District as per the order passed by this Honourable Court.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would submit that they could not surrender before the concerned Magistrate and execute the bail bond within a stipulated time as ordered by this Court. Hence, they pray to grant further time to execute the sureties.

3. Heard the learned Government Advocate(Criminal Side) appearing for the State.

4.
