On the side of the petitioner, it is stated that the husband of the petitioner was missing, but, the police failed to take any action on the complaint given by the petitioner. 4.On the side of the respondents, it is stated that the complaint given by the petitioner was registered as C.S.R.No.4 of 2021 and the respondent police is enquiring the matter. 5.Since the enquiry is on progress, this petition is closed. No costs.
