O R D E R

The petitioner has come forward with this application, praying to withdraw the case in Crime No.441 of 2015 on the file of the 2nd respondent and entrust the same to the 3rd respondent for investigation of the case by the Competent Officer and file a final report before the Jurisdictional Magistrate within the time stipulated by this Court. 2.Heard the counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials available on record.

Mr.A.P.Balasubramani, Government Advocate (crl.side) appearing for the respondents, on instructions, would submit that the Assistant Commissioner of Police, Tallakulam Sub Division, Madurai City, has been monitoring the investigation and he has also formed a special team for effective investigation and the final report will be filed. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. Recording the submission made by the Government Advocate (crl.side), this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with a direction to the 2nd respondent to file a report before the Jurisdictional Court, as expeditiously as possible.
