Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2.Considering the narrow scope of the prayer sought for in the writ petition, with the consent of the learned counsel on either side, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself. 3.The petitioner claiming title under the registered settlement deed dated 07.07.2023 from her husband has sought for mutation of patta in her name. The said application has been made as early as on 09.09.2024. However, according to the petitioner, there has been no action taken on the said application, which has constrained the petitioner to file the present writ petition. 4.Considering the fact that the petitioner claims title under the registered settlement deed conveying right title and interest in favour of the petitioner and 2/4

the application has also been duly made on 09.09.2024, the first respondent shall pass orders on the petitioner's application on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.With the above directions, this Writ Petition is disposed of.
