Prayer: Civil Revision Petition filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India seeking for a direction, to conclude the trial in H.M.O.P.No.634 of 2018 within the time stipulated by this Court.

O R D E R
This Civil Revision Petition has been filed to direct the Family Court, Madurai to conclude the trial in H.M.O.P.No.634 of 2018, within the time stipulated by this Court. 2.Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the marriage between the petitioner and the respondent took place on 02.12.2010. Out of the wedlock, they were blessed with female twins on 31.08.2012. Due to misunderstanding, the respondent left her matrimonial home along with her two minor daughters. Hence, the petitioner/husband filed H.M.O.P.No.634 of 2018 for a direction, directing the respondent/wife to render her conjugal rights and to live with the petitioner. The learned counsel for the petitioner would further state that since the petitioner already underwent Coronary Angiogram, pendency of the H.M.O.P. is putting him severe mental stress and he is also ready and wiling to live with the respondent/wife. Hence, the present Civil Revision Petition has been filed for speedy disposal of the H.M.O.P.No.634 of 2018.

3. Since this Civil Revision Petition is filed for early disposal of the H.M.O.P, no notice is necessary to the respondent herein.
4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court feels that ends of justice would be met by directing the Court below to dispose the petition within a time frame. Without adverting to the merits of the case, a direction is issued to the learned Judge, Family Court, Madurai to dispose the H.M.O.P.No.634 of 2018 on merits and in accordance with law within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5. With the above direction, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
