The petitioner was working as a temporary employee in the National Urban Centre and he was terminated from service in order dated 06.10.2021.

2. The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents made a submission that the petitioner was engaged temporarily and a criminal case was registered against him. Taking note of all other circumstances, the temporary employment of the petitioner was dispensed with. Against the order of termination, the petitioner preferred an Appeal to the first respondent on 01.11.2021. In view of the fact that such an appeal is filed against the order of termination, the first respondent has to dispose of the same.

3. In view of the facts and circumstances, the first respondent is directed to consider the Appeal filed by the writ petitioner on 01.11.2021 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
