Alleging that the order of this Court dated 22.09.2025 passed in W.P.(MD) No.23453 of 2025 has not been complied with, the petitioner has come up before this Court with this Contempt Petition.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents submits that the order of this Court dated 22.09.2025, passed in W.P.(MD) No.23453 of 2025, has been duly complied with. A copy of the proceedings dated 03.02.2026 bearing reference Na.Ka.No 4929/2025/S1 passed by the first respondent, rejecting the petitioner's request for survey and demarcation of the property.

3. Recording the aforesaid submission, this Contempt Petition is closed, leaving it open to the petitioner to challenge the said proceedings in the manner known to law, if so advised.
