ORDER:- This Criminal Origial Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the earlier order of this court and letter in D.No.598/2020 Dated 15.09.2020 submitted by the Sessions Judge(FAC) Mahila Court, Tirunelveli, seeking further six months time to dispose the case, and this Court made the following order: By order dated 21.02.2020, this Court directed the Court below to complete the trial in S.C.No.294 of 2019 within a period of 6 months from the date of receipt of copy of the order. 2.The Court below has submitted a letter in D.No.598/2020 dated 15.09.2020 wherein, the learned Judge citing Covid-19 lockdown, has requested for extension of six months to comply with the above order dated 21.02.2020.

3.There is no objection on the side of the petitioner in extending the time limit.
